Do Your Best!

There’s so much out there, and it all can feel so overwhelming knowing that Fragrance, Ingredients, PEGs are really hitting our bodies. Affecting our endocrine systems, hormonal, blood, all the things. We can work together and simply focus on one safe swap at at a time.

AS I turn 40 this year in Aug, my thoughts reflect on gratitude for knowing more information so my hormones & body burden can be helped. WE choose not to use all those icky extra chemicals and additives and thankfully there’s more companies to support us! HUZZAH
